The process starts with goal setting and evaluating your current status. Based on these factors, you will be taken through a program that will be designed to help you reach your personal goals without injury.

Each program is designed with the ageing adult in mind with particular emphasis on making progress without becoming injured. You will learn how to effectively and safely strength train, improve cardiovascular health, and improve balance.
Take the Mystery out of Nutrition
The nutritional component of the Better With Age Program is curated by our licensed nutritionist, Lea Wetzell, LN, CNS using the 7 Systems Plan. This program includes weekly live online information sessions for at least the first 6 months of your journey and longer if you would like. We are here to help you succeed!
